VIDEO: Poultry Industry Suffers Setback
FARMERVILLE, La.-(LSU AgCenter)--Louisiana’s poultry industry suffered a blow when Pilgrim’s Pride announced plans to close it’s northeast Louisiana processing facility. State officials say they're working on a deal to ensure the facility continues operating. LSU AgCenter correspondent Tobie Blanchard talks with a grower raising his last flock of birds for Pilgrim’s Pride.
